Basting Sauce for Grilled Fish

½ cup melted butter
¼ cup lemon juice
2 tsp salt
½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
¼ tsp pepper
Dash of Tabasco
Salmon Steaks

Preheat grill and brush with oil.  Combine first 6 ingredients and spread evenly over salmon steaks.  Grill 7-8 minutes each side.
