Meat Gravy over Potatoes

Recipe from Joanne Olsen

1-1½ lbs ground beef
¼ cup flour (approx)
Milk
6 potatoes, pared, quartered and cooked

Brown beef over medium heat until cooked; drain.  Sprinkle flour until meat is coated and looks dry. Add milk until level with top of beef.  Cook approx 15 minutes or until flour is “cooked out”.  Salt and pepper to taste.  (Add extra milk during cooking if needed)  Serve over potatoes.
