Recipe from Gail Christians
1 cup sugar
2 tbls cornstarch
1 1/2 cups water
1 box strawberry jello
1 quart fresh strawberries, quartered
Pre-baked pie crust
In saucepan, mix sugar and cornstarch; add water and cook until clear. Add jello. Cool and then add strawberries. Pour into baked pie crust.
