Apricot & Cashew Spread

1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 small jar pimentos, drained & finely chopped
Apricot preserves
Horseradish, to taste
Cashews

Mix cream cheese and pimentos.  Spread on small pan or plate (I use a quiche plate).  In separate bowl, mix apricot preserves and horseradish.  Spread on top of cream cheese mixture.  Sprinkle with cashews.  Serve with crackers.
