Fruit Pizza

Dough:
1 roll refrigerated cookie dough

Filling:
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla
½ cup powdered sugar
Assorted fruit, cut into bite-size pieces (strawberries, blueberries, bananas, cantaloupe, watermelon, kiwi, pineapple, grapes, raspberries)

Glaze:
¾ cup water
1 cup orange juice
1 cup sugar
¼ cup lemon juice
3 tbls cornstarch
Salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Pat dough to cover pizza pan.  Bake until done and cool.
Combine first 3 ingredients of filling.  Spread over crust.  Arrange fruit on top in circle fashion around pan.  Start with smaller fruit in center, working out with larger pieces.  Arrange each layer with same type of fruit, alternating layers.  In small saucepan, cook glaze ingredients until thickened.  Pour over fruit.  (I usually only use half of this)
