Salad
1 bag spinach, washed
½ cup water chestnut slices
½ cup bean sprouts
1 hard-boiled egg

Dressing
½ cup salad oil
1/8 cup dark vinegar
½ small onion, chopped
¼ cup sugar
½ tbls Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
2 tbls ketchup
