Cake:
1 box white cake mix
1 pkg Instant vanilla pudding
¾ cup oil
¾ cup water
1 tsp butter flavoring (scant)
1 tsp vanilla
4 eggs, beat one at a time
Chopped pecans (if desired)
¼ cup sugar
2 tbls cinnamon
Glaze:
2 cups powdered sugar
4 tbls milk
½ tsp butter flavoring (scant)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat whole mixture for 8 minutes; then add pecans (if using). In small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon. Grease bundt pan with Pam. Sprinkle some of the sugar and cinnamon mixture on bottom of pan, followed by some batter; then more sugar and cinnamon, followed by batter again. Swirl with knife. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until cake pulls away from the sides of pan. Cool 8 minutes; tip out of pan onto plate. Put on glaze while cake is still warm.
