Egg Casserole

Recipe from Polly Judd

12 eggs, beaten
2 (4oz) cans chopped green chilies
1 (12oz) can evaporated milk
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 lb ground Sausage
Mushrooms (opt)
Onion (opt)
Green pepper (opt)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Mix eggs, green chilies, milk, and cheese.  Pour in 9x13-inch baking dish.  Top with sausage and other optional ingredients.  Bake uncovered for 1 hour.
