Velveeta Rotel Dip

Recipe from Jacey Sakoff

1 (1 lb) box Velveeta, cubed
1 (10 oz) can Rotel or can of Diced Tomatoes & Green Chiles, undrained
1 lb ground beef or sausage (opt)

In medium skillet, brown beef or sausage if using.  Mix Velveeta and Rotel in microwavable bowl.  Microwave on high approx 5 minutes until melted, stirring after 3 minutes.  Add beef.  Serve with tortilla chips.
