2 lb ground beef
2 large onions, diced
2 cups tomato juice
2 tbls vinegar
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
½ tsp paprika
1½ tsp chili powder
2 tbls Worcestershire sauce
¾ cup catsup
¾ cup water
Brown beef and onions. Add tomato juice and simmer until not too juicy. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until thick. Makes 10-11 sandwiches.
